Great views and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic vacation. Beautiful lobby and fresh breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly and helpful staff that gave us useful tips about the city.
Hard to find if you don't have a car, the streets are small and confusing. Some staff members had trouble speaking English, which made communication difficult at times.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond by answering our questions and even purchasing bus tickets for us. The rooms are big, beautiful, cozy and very clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety, including cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, bread. We also enjoyed the location that is right in the historic center, in the small streets of this city and in a very quiet area.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the amazing restaurants and shops. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist and provide useful information about the city. The view from the room was breathtaking and we could see all the beauty of the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious food that we enjoyed every day.
The elevator was a bit small and it took some time to get to the room. , some of the staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which made it a bit hard to understand some of the information they provided.
